Påmeldingen til ROK CUP åpnes mandag 14. september
ONLINE REGISTRATION PROCEDURE
To register to the Rok Cup International Final it is necessary to FILL IN AN ONLINE FORM, available on our website www.vortex-rok.com starting from the date of the registrations opening.
REGISTRATIONS OPENING: 14th September
REGISTRATIONS CLOSING: 22nd September*
*to be extended from 23rd of September if some places are still free. 
Entry fee: 200 € within 22nd of September (inclusive) + 4% credit card fees Entry fee: 300 € from 23rd of September (inclusive) + 4% credit card fees
ENTRY FEE PAYMENT : ONLINE WITH CREDIT CARD.
Any other meath of payment will not be accepted.
THE ONLINE REGISTRATION IS MANDATORY FOR ALL DRIVERS, BOTH QUALIFIED AND WILD CARD.
QUALIFIED DRIVERS: with reserved place.
The number of qualified drivers is decided in advance together with the Rok organizers all over the world WILD CARD DRIVERS: all non-qualified drivers will be considered Wild Card.
Registrations of wild cards will be accepted according to the order of receipt of on-line registration*. Wild cards could be also awarded to drivers who have never raced in the Rok championship.
WAITING LIST
The ROK CUP INTERNATIONAL FINAL is reserved with limited enrolments,* so when the available places are over, the registrations will go in the “waiting list”. The drivers in the waiting list will receive an e-mail stating their «waiting list» status, by the organizer within 72 hours from the receipt of the registration. If any place will not become free at the end of the event, these drivers only will be refunded with the amount paid at the time of registration.
On Friday this week we will send you a «CODE», you will have to use it ONLY FOR QUALIFIED DRIVERS, in this way you will not be asked to pay the entry fee and the tyres. Use this code ONLY FOR QUALIFIED DRIVERS, DON’T GIVE IT TO WILD CARD DRIVERS.
Look at the file here attached: when you will do the entry, at the beginning you have to choose between «Qualified» or «Wild Card», if you choose «Qualified» you will be asked to insert the CODE.
If you have not sent us the list with the names of your Qualified drivers yet, please send it within Friday this week.
